The Divine Tarot respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number
• Birth details: date, time and place, for you and for a second person in matchmaking
• Your question, if you add one
• Your payment number and payment screenshot
• Reviews you choose to send

How we use it

We use your details only to prepare and deliver your reading, check your payment, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell your details.

If you book for two people

Please only give another person's birth details if they have agreed.

Services that handle your data

Bookings and screenshots are stored on Google Cloud. Questions you type into the AI assistant are processed by an AI service to produce an answer, so please don't enter personal details there. Booking emails are sent through Gmail, confirmed calls are added to our Google Calendar, and your reading is delivered through WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

Booking details are deleted automatically about one year after your booking. Unpaid bookings are deleted after about 7 days, and payment screenshots after about 180 days.
