By booking with The Divine Tarot, you agree to these terms.

The service

Readings are private and take place on WhatsApp, by voice message or audio call. There are no video calls.

Guidance only

Readings offer spiritual guidance and reflection. They are not a promise of any outcome, and they do not replace medical, legal or financial advice. Please make important decisions with a qualified professional.

Booking and payment

Your place is held for 30 minutes (Nepal) or 60 minutes (USA) while you pay and send proof. Your booking is confirmed once we have checked that the payment arrived, within 12 hours. We may reject a booking if the payment cannot be found.

Timing

Audio calls take place at the time you booked. Our schedule runs on US Central time, and the booking page and your confirmation email show the time in your own time zone. Voice message readings arrive within 24 to 48 hours after your payment is confirmed.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
